I almost forgot. I really liked Stanley Donan, the director they gave a Lifetime Achievement Award to. He seemed very classy, not at all like the sort of old snarly guys you expect the movie industry to nurture.
Did I write an ad today? No. But I talked to Elaine about it. She still thinks it's a good idea, and the real question is now, where do I place it? I am pretty sure I don't want to put it online. I may think about that, though. Wherever I place it, sorry, I will not announce it here. You'll have to go looking.
